This was once called a Milk House
The farmer would milk the cows early in the morning
and would then store the fresh milk in the "Milk House"
The dairy company would come to pick it up
in horse and carriage and take it to be processed.
Once it was processed, the dairy company would
then return the freshly processed milk back to the
"Milk House" where the farmer would
pick it up after he had completed
his long hard day working on the farm.
The Milk House had an ice cooler
inside to keep the milk cold.
